Remixers

We wanted to create Remixers because we’re obsessed with the "why" behind the plate - the heritage, the messy tradition, and that magic that happens when you pack a bunch of friends in a kitchen to turn things on their head.

To kick off the pilot, we dragged the legendary Colombo brothers—Barcelona’s favorite transgressive twins from Xemei and Brutal onto the road. Their mission? A pilgrimage to meet the man they call "God": Aitor from Elkano in Getaria (Basque Country).

It’s a story of two worlds coming together, a lot of self-discovery, love, passion, roots, friendship, wine, and some of the most incredible cuisine in the world. Aupa Aitor!
